While most of our locations are BYOB (bring your own beverage) to encourage people to uncork their creativity and let their creative juices flow, we are talking about Be Your Own Boss, by owning your own Spirited Art® Studio. We have spent several years opening studios in varied and different markets and have worked hard to make sure we have done everything possible to put together a fun, easy and rewarding franchise opportunity that you can run.

Although there are other similar art as entertainment franchise opportunities out there, none have been as thoughtful in their preparation as Spirited Art®. Where we separate ourselves is in a commitment to excellence and consistency that will lead you to success. Anyone can come up with a painting and allow you to use it. Where others franchise opportunities fail, however, is in an inability to instruct you on how to teach the painting to a group of people, many of which have never painted before, and a lot who claim to not being able to draw a stick person. We have spent considerable time and resources to develop a franchise opportunity that provides hundreds of step-by –step instructions for our paintings that will give you the reassurance that your teachers will be successful in leading your patrons in a fun way that results in everyone being happy with their painting at the end of the night, ready to come back for more! Step 1: Day 1

Initial Inquiry
Are you ready to be a part of the revolution in art as entertainment? We want to hear from you!

Step 2: Day 2

Telephone Interview
Let’s talk. Your goals, your experience, and your questions are important to us. A Franchise Development Team Member will send you our Franchise Application.

Step 3: Day 5

Follow Up
A Franchise Development Team Member will contact you to discuss your Franchise Application and we will send you a Franchise Disclosure Document.

Step 4: Day 19

Discovery Day in Huntsville, Alabama
Spend an entire day with the Spirited Art® Executive Team and tour a local Spirited Art® Studio.
• Get to know each of Spirited Art’s leaders and their unique role in supporting our Franchise Partners.
• Create your very own business plan for running your Spirited Art® Studio. Flex your business muscles and show us why you’re our ideal candidate!
It’s a truly individualized way to explore our potential to be great partners.

Step 5: Day 20

Background Check & Verifications
The Franchise Development Division completes a background check of each potential Franchise Partner and verifies financial qualifications.

Step 6: Day 23

Selection Committee Qualifying Vote
Spirited Art completes a thorough review of your application and background information, and combined with the interaction with you at our Discovery Day, votes on approval for awarding a franchise.

Step 7: Day 24

Official Decision Notification
If approved, Spirited Art® welcomes you to our dynamic network of Franchise Partners.

Step 8: Day 25

Receive Franchise Agreement
Review Spirited Art’s Franchise Agreement and get ready to Be your Own Boss!

Step 9: Day 39

Return Executed Franchise Agreements

Step 10: Day 40
